Hey Jessica,
I get emails about new pending member apps, but the website doesn't show me them. I can't find the app. At first I thought that Randy was approving them, as he did while I was out of town, but that's not the case. These are getting lost, and thus not acted on.
Also, my behind the scenes options (the black menus across the top of the site) have been missing for several weeks now. This means that I can't access the membership list where I could find the applying person and approve them. Nor can I edit anything, to let new members know to write us through the contact link.
Anything you can do to address this?

Hey so i plaid my $15 due and i thought that this site had like community interactions of some sort... but i can't find anything. All i see on here is
HOME-FAQ-MEMBERSHIP-RESOURCES-CONTACT US-TECK SUPPORT and thats it

im kinda confused if that's supposed to be it? i thought there would be forums and stuff like that

Members sometimes ask me to delete their accounts because they can't figure out how to do it. I've not seen the option for members to do that either. Can we make that an option under account?

Hey, I renewed my membership and picked to be a volunteer this time. The receipt email said that my membership was from May 2010 to May 2011.... so I think the updating feature on the receipts needs to be seen to.

I just became a member. I clicked re-new membership and it e-mailed me a reciept that said My start date of my membership was June 1st of 2010 and my membership expires on May 31st 2011. My start date should be 04/26/2011.

Also,in the e-mail you sent me. It said that I could create a profile. When I click on my account the only option is to re-new membership. I don't have an option to create a profile. I also don't see a membership forumn where I can introduce myself to anyone. Please help me. You can e-mail me at katyandandy89@q.com
